The weights of the criteria are computed with sine trigonometric Pythagorean fuzzy (STPYF) decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL).

The selection of equipment largely depends on the availability of technology, expertise, and the characteristics of the nodule and patient. Radial EBUS (r-EBUS) is often combined with these techniques for real-time confirmation of the nodule location.

Comparative analysis of hydro energy determinants for European Economies using Golden Cut-oriented Quantum Spherical fuzzy modelling and causality analysis.

This article presents a comparative analysis of the determinants of hydropower for European economies using Golden Cut oriented Quantum Spherical fuzzy modelling and causality analysis in 24 European countries over the period 2001-2020. The indicators chosen for the analysis are inflation, population, GDP per capita, CO2 and hydropower consumption. The analysis shows that the selected groups of countries are characterised by an inverse relationship between GDP per capita and hydropower consumption, suggesting a bi-directional causal relationship, which also confirms the novelty of this paper.

The utility of systemic immune inflammatory index in discriminating between gallbladder cancer and xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis: A single-tertiary center experience.

Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis (XGC) and gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) are rare diseases with several similarities. This study aimed to evaluate the utility of the systemic immune inflammatory index (SII), a novel index that more accurately depicts inflammatory and immunological balance, in distinguishing between XGC and GBC. This retrospective study included 33 XGC, 22 GBC patients diagnosed according to histopathological findings and 33 age-sex-matched healthy controls at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, General Surgery Department.

T1 relaxation time is prolonged in healthy aging: a whole brain study.

Background: : Measurement of tissue characteristics such as the longitudinal relaxation time (T1) provides complementary information to the volumetric and surface based structural analyses. We aimed to investigate T1 relaxation time characteristics in healthy aging via an exploratory design in the whole brain. The data processing pipeline was designed to minimize errors related to aging effects such as atrophy.

This article is dedicated analyzing the interdependence of oil prices and exchange rate movements of oil exporting countries (the Russian ruble, Euro, Canadian dollar, Chinese yuan, Brazil real, Nigerian naira, Algerian dinar). The study also considers risk-based oil market spillovers in global crisis periods with integrated decision recommendation systems. For this purpose, a fuzzy decision-making model is created by considering the bipolar model and imputation of expert evaluations with collaborative filtering.

Objective: Pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a cystic lung disease characterized by the proliferation of parenchymal dendritic cells. The disease can become chronic or even cause pulmonary fibrosis. Our aim in this study was to investigate the typical histological findings and interstitial fibrosis in pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis cases.

A Fatal Complication of Liver Transplant: Posttransplant Lymphoproliferative Disease.

Immunosuppressive therapy is a double-edged sword and causes a risk for some complications, such as opportunistic infections and posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease. The most likely risk factors for posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease are Epstein-Barr virus serology mismatch, prolonged and high viral load for Epstein-Barr virus, higher doses of immunosuppressive therapy, and cytomegalovirus infection. Transplant recipients who are seropositive for Epstein-Barr virus show a lower risk for posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease than seronegative recipients.
