In this report, we present a case of Methicillin-sensitive (MSSA)-associated leukocytoclastic vasculitis (LCV) following a surgical site infection, adding to the limited body of knowledge on this intriguing clinical entity. The most abundant peaks in the both ion modes are those corresponding to lipids.
