Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare non-infectious skin disorder. It is often associated with systemic diseases, like the inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatological disease and (hematological) malignancy. The diagnosis is affirmed through a process of elimination and is principally based on clinical presentation and course.
