Purpose: The evaluation of long-term visual outcome after the use of bevacizumab for the management of multilevel hemorrhage due to retinal arterial macroaneurysm (MA).
Case Report: A 71-year-old hypertensive female presented with sudden reduction of visual acuity in her left eye (OS). Fundoscopy revealed an arterial macroaneurysm with preretinal and subretinal hemorrhage in the eye.
Purpose: A prospective interventional pilot study was performed to estimate the effect of ranibizumab injection on the clinical and histological picture of primary pterygium.
Methods: Five patients with primary pterygia received a single subconjunctival injection of ranibizumab (0.3 mg), whereas 5 nontreated pterygia served as controls.
Purpose: To present clinical results of toric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for preexisting astigmatism correction and determine the time of any postoperative rotation.
Patients And Methods: Twenty-nine eyes of 19 patients underwent uncomplicated phacoemulsification and were implanted with an Acrysof ((c)) toric IOL. Uncorrected visual acuity, residual astigmatism, and postoperative rotation of the IOL were estimated one and six months after the operation.
