Computerized clinical decision support system utilization in nursing: a scoping review protocol.

The objective of this scoping review is to comprehensively identify and examine the available literature on computerized clinical decision support systems utilized in nursing. The following focus questions will be used as an initial starting point in order to map and discuss important characteristics of the work done in this field.

Implementation of Improvements in an Electronic Documentation Nursing Process System Structured on NANDA-I, NOC and NIC (NNN) Classification.

The aim of this study was to present the experience of a teaching hospital with the implementation of improvements to an electronic documentation system of the nursing process (PROCEnf-USP®). The improvements were based on functional performance and technical quality of the system. It was adopted Scrum method for version control PROCEnf-USP® by enabling agility, flexibility and possibility of integration between development and users.

Information is a key feature that health professionals need to exercise their profession with efficiency and quality. This study aims to present the experience of the usage of an electronic system for clinical documentation in nursing in a university hospital. It is a methodological research of technology production.

Conceptualization of an electronic system for documentation of nursing diagnosis, outcomes, and intervention.

Electronic nursing documentation constitutes technical, scientific, legal, and ethical documents. The objective of this study was to develop an electronic nursing documentation system. The system was developed in four phases (conceptualization, detailing, prototype building, implementation), and the knowledge base was based on domains and classes according to the NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC unified framework.
