Methods: Among 259 consecutive acute ischemic stroke patients treated with IVtPA through the Rush tele-stroke program, we compared two cohorts: Period 1 (July 2011 to June 2013) and Period 2 (July 2013 to July 2014). We collected data on demographics, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and times of last known normal (LKN), initiation of tele-stroke consult, and IVtPA administration.
The words used for designating the caregivers are ambiguous. Little by little, the word "nurse" becomes widely used, mainly in the feminine form due to the need of specialized staff. Health care structures are developing in the 17th and 18 centuries, the remains of which you can find in today hospitals (Salpêtrière hospital, Hôtel-Dieu hospital in Paris).

Methods: The Adicap code includes tumour site, histology and pathology technique. A quality control programme was applied to malignant and in situ tumours with an Adicap code to assess data quality, correct errors and supply missing data, based on IARC recommendations.
Introduction: Dirofilariasis is a zoonosis usually found in dogs and cats. It is rare in humans, who are dead-end hosts for the parasite.
Cases: We report 3 cases of subcutaneous dirofilariasis due to Dirofilaria repens, contracted in the south of France (Alpes-Maritimes and Corsica).
The authors report 2 cases of renal multilocular cyst and review 250 cases reported in the literature, revealing the original features of this benign tumour which has an equal incidence in children and adults with a controversial acquired or malformative aetiopathogenesis, precise histological features, but a difficult preoperative and intraoperative diagnosis despite modern imaging techniques. In the great majority of cases, treatment consists of nephrectomy.
