Young people with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) often face ineffective and exclusionary post-school transition practices, leading to poor mental health in early adulthood. This scoping review aimed to map existing literature on mental health for young people with IDD during the post-school transition period including how IDD and mental health are characterised in this context and the extent to which community members with lived experience are included in the design and/or production of research. The technique presented here identifies tethered mould designs, optimised for growing cultured tissue with very highly-aligned cells. Objective: Employment can improve mental health among people with disability (PWD), however, little is known about how different levels of workforce participation influence mental healthcare use. Study of gene function in eukaryotes frequently requires data on the impact of the gene when it is expressed as a transgene, such as in ectopic or overexpression studies. Currently, the use of transgenic constructs designed to achieve these aims is often hampered by the difficulty in distinguishing between the expression levels of the endogenous gene and its transgene equivalent, which may involve either laborious microdissection to isolate specific cell types or harvesting tissue at narrow timepoints. To address this challenge, we have exploited a feature of the Golden Gate cloning method to develop a simple, restriction digest-based protocol to differentiate between expression levels of transgenic and endogenous gene copies.

Objectives: This paper investigates the relationship between part-time and full-time employment and mental health for people with and without disability, as well as differences in the relationship by age and sex.

Methods: Using data from 13,219 working-aged people (15-64 years) in the labour force who participated in five annual waves of a longitudinal cohort study in Australia, the analysis used fixed effect regression models to examine within-person changes in mental health associated with changes in employment status (full-time; part-time; unemployed). Differences in the relationship between employment status and mental health by disability, sex, and age were assessed.

Long acting injectables (LAI) products are a popular intervention for treating a number of chronic conditions, with their long drug release reducing the administration frequency and thus improving patient adherence. The extended release, however, can provide a major challenge to bioequivalence (BE) testing since the long absorption half-life results in a long washout period, meaning that a traditional BE study can be many months or years in length. The unique PK profile for LAI products also means that it is critical to have appropriate metrics to summarise the plasma concentration profile.

Background: During the COVID pandemic, there was a paucity of data to support clinical decision-making for anticancer treatments. We evaluated the safety of radical treatments which were delivered whilst mitigating the risks of concurrent COVID-19 infection.

Objective: To report on the outcomes of urological cancer patients undergoing radical surgery between March-September 2020 (compared with 2019) in the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan and the South East London Cancer Alliance (SELCA).

Materials And Methods: Since March 2020, both institutions implemented a COVID-19 minimal 'green' pathway, whereby patients were required to isolate for 14 days prior to admission and report a negative COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test within 3 days of surgery.
