Our interesting electrocardiogram has two qRS morphology without features of preexcitation suggesting two atrio ventricular node conduction system. All cardiologists should be aware of this feature in heterotaxy syndrome as reentrant supraventricular tachycardia may develop in these patients.

Takayasu's arteritis is a rare systemic vasculitis affecting the aorta and its primary branches. In developing countries, it is often associated with late diagnosis and high morbidity and mortality. Takotsubo syndrome is an acute reversible heart failure syndrome triggered by physical or emotional stress, especially in postmenopausal women. Herein, we describe a case of a 31-year-old pacemaker dependent lady who presented with syncope after she was bereaved of her father. Electrocardiogram at admission revealed ventricular paced rhythm at 60/min, prolonged QT interval and frequent runs of torsades de pointes.

Introduction: Many studies of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) association with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) have reported conflicting results, which were probably related to ethnic differences. Moreover, in India, studies on HLA-DR typing on JIA, particularly polyarticular JIA, is lacking.
