Statement Of The Problem: Turner syndrome is a chromosomal disorder that manifests with short stature, gonadal dysfunction, hypothyroidism, congenital heart disease, and distinct craniofacial features including oro-maxillofacial dysmorphism. This paper presents a case of a 30-year-old female patient with Turner syndrome who sought dental care to improve the dental and facial morphology and restore the oral health. Detailed exobuccal examination revealed complex anomalies.
