Sympathetic Ophthalmia - case report.

To present the case of a 22-year-old man with a history of trauma on the right eye, followed by a sudden decrease of visual acuity on the left eye, but with a good recovery after surgical treatment. We reported a case of a 22-year-old patient with a sudden and painless decrease of visual acuity on the left eye, a month after a car accident, which led to the laceration of the right globe. At first, the patient received only medical treatment because he refused any surgical intervention.
