To analyse the demographic and clinical characteristics, treatment patterns, and overall survival of patients with RCC using national data sets in England.
Patients And Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study of patients diagnosed with RCC (all stages) between 2014-2018 using demographic, clinical, cancer registration, and treatment data.
Background: The CheckMate 025 trial established nivolumab monotherapy as one of the standards of care in previously treated advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (aRCC). However, supporting real-world data is lacking. This study investigated characteristics, treatment sequences and clinical outcomes of patients who received nivolumab monotherapy for previously treated aRCC in the UK.
