A patient complained of fever on and off, difficulty in swallowing and cough (with scanty expectoration) since one and a half months and weight loss over 2 months. On examination, pallor was found to be present. Then ultrasonography of abdomen was done and it showed mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
