In order to understand the mechanism of the difference of Cd absorption and Cd enrichment in different ryegrass varieties, pot experiment was conducted to study on the response of two varieties of ryegrass (Bond and Abbott) to Cd stress as well as the differences of Cd uptake and expression of MT family genes and NRAMP2.
