Objectives: To assess pediatric critical care transport (CCT) teams' performance in a simulated environment and to explore the impact of team and center characteristics on performance.
Study Design: This observational, multicenter, simulation-based study enlisted a national cohort of pediatric transport centers. Teams participated in 3 scenarios: nonaccidental abusive head injury, sepsis, and cardiac arrest.
Objectives: Rapid response teams (RRTs) can improve outcomes in both adult and pediatric hospitals. Most pediatric hospitals have RRT-type systems; however, little is known about stakeholders' perspectives regarding how to optimize RRT quality and efficiency. We aimed to better understand multidisciplinary stakeholder perspectives on how to improve the RRT process.

Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of neonates transported by a regional neonatal transport team affiliated with a level IV neonatal intensive care unit within a large care network between 2020 and 2021. Demographic and clinical data were collected from the electronic medical record.
Objective: This study aimed to examine fetal and neonatal inflammatory and neurologic complications associated with maternal coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection.
Study Design: Case-series using a convenience sample of neonates cared for in a large referral-based children's hospital neonatal intensive care unit between September 2021 and May 2022.
Results: We identified seven neonates with exposure to maternal severe acute respiratory syndrome related coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and a presentation consistent with inflammatory complications.
Background: Two-generational trauma-informed assessment (TIA) helps providers conduct holistic family well-being assessment (FWbA). This tool makes it possible to use families' trauma history in the case-finding process.
Objective: This study compares the documentation and frequency of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and service referral rates for index children and their caretakers in two groups of families evaluated in a child abuse clinic (CAC).
