Green coffee is a prime source of antioxidants to functional food and nutraceuticals. Arabica and Robusta varieties were screened and decaffeinated using ethyl lactate and extracted with a polar solvent to obtain chlorogenic acid (CGA) enriched green coffee extract (GCE).
