We report a 65 year old female patient who had presented with dry cough and shortness of breath for the last 5 years and had also received anti-tubercular therapy but without any benefit. Evaluation revealed the presence of obstructive airway disease with nodular opacities in bilateral lungs. Histopathological examination including electron microscopy was suggestive of domestically acquired pneumoconiosis.
