Despite add-on therapy with a monoclonal antibody, some individuals remain uncontrolled in terms of upper and/or lower airway symptoms, prompting an exploration of the efficacy of combining biological therapies and their impact on inflammatory pathways.
Objectives: In this article, we present a distinctive case of a patient with CRSwNP, severe eosinophilic asthma, and uncontrolled upper airway symptoms, who experienced substantial clinical and local inflammatory improvements through dual monoclonal antibody therapy.
Current planning of aortic and peripheral endovascular procedures is based largely on manual measurements performed from the 3-dimensional reconstruction of preoperative computed tomography scans. Assessment of device behavior inside patient anatomy is often difficult, and available tools, such as 3-dimensional-printed models, have several limitations. Digital twin (DT) technology has been used successfully in automotive and aerospace industries and applied recently to endovascular aortic aneurysm repair.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcomes of cold stored saphenous vein allografts (CSVAs) for haemodialysis vascular access.
Methods: A retrospective, two centre study was conducted between January 2016 and December 2020 of all patients who had CSVA placement for haemodialysis vascular access. Primary, primary assisted, and secondary patency were analysed, as well as procedural complications and re-interventions.

Background And Objective: Endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) has become the standard treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysms in most centers. However, proximal sealing complications leading to endoleaks and migrations sometimes occur, particularly in unfavorable aortic anatomies and are strongly dependent on biomechanical interactions between the aortic wall and the endograft. Methods: A prospective multicentre study evaluated consecutive patients treated with the Relay proximal scallop stent graft in 10 French aortic centres.
The endovascular technique is used in the first line treatment in many complex aortic pathologies. Its clinical outcome is mostly determined by the appropriate selection of a stent-graft for a specific patient and the operator's experience. New tools are still needed to assist practitioners with decision making before and during procedures.

Whether the endotype is associated with clinical presentation in patients with CRSsNP has yet to be explored in detail.
Objective: To identify associations between endotypes and their clinical significance in patients with CRSsNP based on tissue interleukin-5 levels.
In contrast to other mammals, the large variation in dog sizes is not accompanied by any significant genetic re-organization. In order to study the relationship between body mass, limb length and the functional anatomical muscle parameters of the canine hind limb, a large dataset comprising of muscle masses, optimal muscle fibre lengths and physiological cross-sectional area's (PCSA) were acquired for twenty-five muscles in ten dogs of sizes varying between 20 kg and 52 kg. The potential of body mass and limb length for reliably scaling individual muscle masses, optimal muscle fibre lengths and PCSA's were examined.

Objective: To report our technique for percutaneous ultrasound-guided retrieval of accidentally transected arterial lines.
Cases Description: Two patients are reported herein; in both of these patients, a part of the 20-gauge catheter inserted for invasive monitoring of their blood pressure in the intensive care unit was accidentally transected with part of the catheter remaining in the radial artery. Both patients were initially asymptomatic; therefore, a minimally invasive technique was sought to remove the catheters without inducing significant risk.

Objective: The aim was to validate a computational patient specific model of Zenith® fenestrated device deployment in abdominal aortic aneurysms to predict fenestration positions.
Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of the accuracy of numerical simulation for fenestrated stent graft sizing. Finite element computational simulation was performed in 51 consecutive patients that underwent successful endovascular repair with Zenith® fenestrated stent grafts in two vascular surgery units with a high volume of aortic procedures.
Background: A 3-week short-course of adjuvant-free hydrolysates of Lolium perenne peptide (LPP) immunotherapy for rhinoconjunctivitis with or without asthma over 4 physician visits is safe, well tolerated, and effective.

Objective: The objective of this study was to assess outcomes of a hybrid technique for treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) associated with iliac aneurysm without distal neck by combining an AAA endovascular repair approach with open surgery for preservation of the internal iliac artery (IIA).
Methods: The files of 51 patients operated on between 1998 and 2017 in a single vascular surgery department were retrospectively analyzed. Inclusion criteria were patients with AAA associated with uni-iliac or bi-iliac aneurysm without suitable distal sealing zone.
Background: Mucin over-secretion is a significant characteristic of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Th2 cytokines and MUC5AC or MUC5B, and the mechanism of mucin over-secretion in the type-2 inflammatory endotype of CRSwNP.
Methods: Main Th-cell cytokines, associated mediators, and mucins were determined in the homogenates of nasal polyp samples from 21 CRSwNP patients and inferior turbinate samples from 8 controls, by ELISA or UniCAP system.
