Spontaneous rupture of a left iliac arterial aneurysm. A case report.

Isolated aneurysm of the iliac arteries is rare. It represents only 1.7% of the aneurysms of the aortic bifurcation involving the arteries (7, 13) and its rupture can be fatal.
