Autoscopic phenomena or an "invisible doppelgänger" refer to the illusory reduplication of one's own body. Body image disorder involves distorted perception or decreased body awareness. In the literature, feeling of presence (FOP) is rarely presented with a circumscribed cerebral pathology due to acute vascular lesions, and concomitant FOP and disorders of the body image or the body schema (BIBS) have rarely been reported.

To fight the pandemic, there is an immense need for effective vaccines. The purposes of our study were to investigate the effect of coronavirus vaccines on seizures in people with epilepsy (PWE) and assess the adverse events of COVID-19 vaccine in PWE.

Objective: Survivors of patients with artery of Percheron infarction (API) often have a prolonged and disabling form of cognitive impairment that remains insufficiently characterized. We aimed to examine the clinical and cognitive features of API in the short and long term after stroke.
Methods: We reviewed 6400 patients with a first-ever stroke included in the Stroke Registry between 2011 and 2021.
The insecticidal effects, specifically, changes in hemolymph total protein and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, and antioxidant enzyme activities of azadirachtin (AZA) given to the wax moth, Galleria mellonella L. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) larvae via force feeding were investigated. Bioassays showed that the LD50 and LD99 (lethal dose) values of AZA were 2.

Picomolar concentrations of an amino-terminal N-formylated hexapeptide, fMIGWII, targeted cells for lysis by CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, while the nonformylated peptide was approximately 100-fold less active. The sequence of the 185 aa protein source of this epitope predicts a transmembrane protein that retains its N terminus and assumes an N(out)-C(in) topology.

Two libraries were constructed, containing fixed amino acids representing the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I anchor residues for H-2Kb-restricted octamers and H-2Db-restricted nonamers. Peptides from the Kb-restricted library (KbL: SXIXFXXL) and the Db-restricted library (DbL: XXXXNXXXIM) specifically stabilize empty Kb and Db molecules, respectively.
