Naproxen matrices were formulated by the direct compression technique with different ratios of polymer sodium carboxymethylcellulose and other excipients. Drug release, swelling behavior, and release mechanism were assessed using an acidic dissolution medium.

Drug excipient compatibility studies are considered important in successful formulation of drug products. Suggested methods for this purpose are thermal techniques under isothermal or nonisothermal conditions. In this study, modafinil, a wakefulness-promoting drug, was investigated under nonisothermal conditions using differential scanning calorimetry.

However, to date, there has been no study to investigate the presence of xenoestrogen pollutants in the Jordanian water system. Samples in triplicates were collected from six locations in Jordan, including dams, surface water, tap or faucet water, and filtered water (drinking water-local company).

However, because these groups ionize in solution, they undergo electrostatic interaction with negatively charged species. This phenomenon was utilized in this study to introduce modification in the film properties of ERL and ERS by interaction with lactic acid (LA).
