The right to health in the territory: service users' perceptions of Primary Health Care.

Primary health care is an essential component of effective health systems. The aim of this study aim was to evaluate the quality of primary care in a city in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil. We conducted an exploratory study with 525 service users using structured questionnaires.

Assessment of the responsiveness of a public health service from the perspective of older adults.

Objective: To assess the quality of health care of older adults using as a parameter the assessment of the responsiveness of the service.

Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in a reference unit of the Brazilian Unified Health System at the outpatient level. The sample was probabilistic and had 385 older adults; data collection occurred in 2014.
