Intraorbital wooden foreign body (IOFB): mimicking air on CT.

We report the case of a 41-year-old man who presented to the ER following a fall in his back garden during which he sustained a left orbital injury. Computed tomography (CT) demonstrated an intraorbital linear lucency surrounded by haziness in the intraconal fat. An intraocular wooden twig was confirmed during subsequent surgery.
