Skin involvement is a late complication that rarely occurs in ovarian cancer patients. This event invariably carries a bad prognosis in the course of an advanced stage ovarian carcinoma which is usually of the conventional serous type. Micropapillary serous carcinoma (MPSC) was recently recognized as a distinct neoplasm that seems to be less aggressive than conventional serous ovarian carcinoma.

Methods: from case-control study of 400 Tunisian pregnant women (200 in group diabetes and 200 in group control) seen over a 5-year period for medical management, women who had a cesarean section were identified and the reason for the section determined from a review of the medical record. A control group of women who had a section were obtained from an existing data-base of glucose-tolerant women.
Objective: To improve the phenotype-genotype correlation in terminal 15q deletions and ring chromosome 15 syndrome.
Methods: Echographic examination of fetus. R-banded chromosome and FISH analysis on cultured amniocytes.
Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of intravaginal misoprostol versus dinoprostone cervical gel for cervical ripening and labour induction.
Methods: We carried out an experimental clinical trial in which we enrolled 130 cervical consecutive patients with cervical ripening, randomly assigned to one of the following two treatment groups: (1) intravaginal misoprostol and (2) intracervical dinoprostone gel. A total of 50 microm of misoprostol was placed in the posterior vaginal fornix every 6 h for a maximum period of 24 h and 0.

Subjects And Methods: Between January, 1, 1998 and June, 31, 1999, 118 pregnant women at 26-34 weeks' gestation and at a high risk of premature delivery, were prospectively randomized in 2 groups: group 1 received intramusculary 24 mg of betamethasone (12 mg every 24 hours), group 2 didn't receive antenatal corticosteroids. At birth, premature neonates were systematically examined by a neonatologist.
