- A study reviewed 28 cases, initially treated conservatively, and identified criteria for surgical intervention, leading to surgery for 10 patients based on specific clinical and electrodiagnostic indicators.
- Results showed that 70% of those who had surgery experienced significant recovery, while all conservatively treated patients also showed good outcomes, highlighting the importance of careful candidate selection and early surgical intervention in recovery success.
