Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is defined as the spontaneous loss of two or more pregnancies before reaching viability. Diagnosis for couples with RPL usually involves only the female partner. However, it is seen that male partners contribute equally to the occurrence of spontaneous abortions as the Y chromosome harbors several genes that control spermatogenesis and the quality of sperms.

SCA techniques generate high-dimensional, innovative, and complex data, making traditional analysis difficult and impractical. In the different cell types, conventional cell sequencing methods have signal transformation and disease detection limitations.

Materials And Methods: There were a total of 28 defects, with 14 defects in the test and control groups, respectively. There were total 28 patients were involved in the study.
Aim: The present study was carried out to compare the effectiveness of leukocyte platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) membrane and polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid (PLA-PGA) membrane along with hydroxyapatite crystal collagen fibers bone graft in the treatment of human infrabony defects using cone beam computed tomography.
Materials And Methods: A total of 28 systemically healthy patients was chosen which were found appropriate after initial therapy. Each group comprises of 14 defects, according to randomized parallel design.
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a highly infectious viral disease caused by the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus. Different prediction techniques have been developed to predict the coronavirus disease's existence in patients. However, the accurate prediction was not improved and time consumption was not minimized.

Rutin (R), a natural antioxidant, and benzamide (B), a synthetic antibacterial agent, have several pharmacological and antibacterial abilities. Herein, we developed PEG-PLGA NPs that synergistically carried rutin and benzamide as drug candidates, while displaying therapeutic and anti-biofilm functions.

Improved therapeutic effects can be achieved by the delivery of combination of drugs through multifunctional cell targeted nanocarrier systems. The present investigation reports the preparation of Poly (D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanospheres loaded with the novel combination such as Rutin (R) and Benzamide (B) as drugs using water-oil-water (w/o/w) emulsion method. Dual drug loaded PLGA nanospheres (R/B@PLGA) were stabilized by poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) coating and characterized in terms of morphology, size, surface charge, and structural chemistry by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Dynamic light scattering (DLS), Zeta potential analysis, UV-vis and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy.

The present study investigates the synergistic antibacterial effects of citrus flavonoid rutin and florfenicol (FF) against A. hydrophila in vitro and in vivo.

In this study, a flavonoid rutin (Ru) is non-covalently complexed with fucoidan (Fu) using the functional groups to obtain a therapeutic polymeric complex overcoming the limitations of bioavailability of rutin. The prepared novel rutin-fucoidan (Ru-Fu) complex is characterized for spectroscopic features, particle size and distribution analysis by DLS.

Cardiac involvement can occur with dermatomyositis but has rarely been reported in the literature because symptoms are usually subclinical.

Background: , a member of the coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS), has been recognized as a causal organism for infective endocarditis since the 1980s. Although most CoNS have an insidious and chronic nature, they are involved in a variety of systemic infections. infective endocarditis is a rare entity but is as catastrophic as infective endocarditis and requires aggressive antibiotic therapy and, typically, valve replacement.

These agents cause asymptomatic or mild infection in the mother while serious consequences in fetus. The present study was aimed to find significant etiological pathogens in the causation of high risk pregnancy (HRP) in South Indian population.

It also estimated differential associations based on type of NTD, offspring sex, maternal-paternal-offspring genotype incompatibility, and parent-of-origin effects (POE) using both case-control and family-based approach. In addition, genotype impact on serum folate levels was also assessed.

The potential genetic contributors of PCOS are unclear. However, over the past decade emerging evidence has shown that increased Oxidative Stress (OS) and decreased antioxidant status were often linked with PCOS.

P450sec the cholesterol side chain cleavage enzyme encoded by CYP11A1 gene is instrumental in the synthesis of sex hormones. A promoter pentanucleotide repeat (tttta)(n) polymorphism of this gene is reported to be associated with several hormone related diseases including PCOS.

Background: Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-α), is a proinflammatory cytokine in the pathogenesis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). In order to investigate the role of rs1800629 and rs1799964 polymorphisms in relation to anthropometric measures, family history of complex diseases, diet and clinical features, we performed a case control study in PCOS women from South India.
Methods: A total of 589 samples comprising of 283 patients and 306 controls were enrolled in the present study.

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder exhibiting variable age at onset of clinical features allied with complex diseases in the later life. ACE is a pleiotropic molecule associated with various pathophysiological functions. The present study was aimed to establish the frequency of ACE I/D gene polymorphism in patients and controls and to assess the influence of this polymorphism on anthropometric and various clinical features of the condition.
