Objective This study aims to identify, determine, and assess the factors influencing nursing leadership and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to enhance leadership among nurse practitioners (NPs). Methods This study employed an exploratory, descriptive qualitative design to examine nurse leaders' perceptions of nurse practitioner (NP) role expansion in India.
