Perioperative management of a patient with glanzmann's thrombasthenia for mitral valve repair under cardiopulmonary bypass.

A 30-year-old male patient presented with Glanzmann's thrombasthenia and mitral valve prolapse. He was in acute decompensated congestive heart failure due to severe mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. After his cardiac failure had been stabilized, the patient was subjected to mitral and tricuspid valve repair.
