Prehospital dosing errors affect approximately 56,000 US children yearly. To decrease these errors, barriers, enablers and solutions from the paramedic (EMT-P) and medical director (MD) standpoint need to be understood. Geriatricians who provide care and teach geriatrics are underrepresented in the workforce, especially in non-metropolitan communities. In Michigan, geriatricians and geriatrics fellowship (GF) programs are clustered in the Southeast, suggesting that training site demographics may influence fellows' career location decisions.

It also discusses how students used study aids in preparing for PBL exams and whether students who used others' study aids performed as well as students who created their own.
Methods: A questionnaire was distributed to second-year medical students after completion of their exam.
Background And Objectives: The need for change in medical curricula is increasing, due partially to tougher curriculum and evaluation standards. Participants in our academic medicine fellowship learn to develop curricula, but not all are successful at fully implementing them. This study looked for facilitators of and barriers to curriculum implementation by individual fellows.
