Objective: To describe the development process of a massive, open, and online course for family caregivers of older people who had a medically diagnosed stroke.
Method: Experience report on the development of a massive, open, and online course. The preparation of the course took place from July 2021 to October 2022 and consisted of the stages:definition and analysis of the contents of the course; construction and approval of the storyboard; digital construction and approval of the early version; making the project available on a digital platform; preliminary evaluation and approval of the final version.
Objective: To compare nursing staff workload and dimensioning measured by two patient classification systems.
Method: Cross-sectional study, developed in a clinical inpatient unit of a large hospital in southern Brazil, between June and August 2022. Included patients (n = 260) were assessed through two different patient classification systems.

This study aimed to validate the results of Nursing selected from the link NANDA-I-NOC (Nursing Outcomes Classification--NANDA--International) for diagnosis Ineffective Breathing Pattern and Impaired Spontaneous Ventilation in adult intensive care unit. This is a content validation study conducted in a university hospital in southern Brazil with 15 expert nurses with clinical experience and knowledge of the ratings. The instruments contained five-point Likert scales to rate the importance of each outcome (1st step) and indicator (Step 2) for the diagnoses studied.

This is a quantitative, descriptive study developed in a university hospital with patients submitted to total hip replacement in 2008. The data collection instrument was composed of 24 NOC Self-care outcome indicator: Self-care: Activities of Daily Living; Self-care: Bathing; Self-care: Hygiene; Self-care: Oral Hygiene; and a Likert scale in which 1 = dependent 2 = does not participate; 3 = requires an assistant; 4 = independent but requires an assistant mechanism; 5 = completely independent.

The study was developed at a University Hospital in Porto Alegre, Brazil, using the Delphi Technique as the content validation method, considering a level of 70% of agreement among experts. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics.
