Artificial intelligence chatbots have demonstrated potential to enhance clinical decision-making and streamline health care workflows, potentially alleviating administrative burdens. However, the contribution of AI chatbots to radiologic decision-making for clinical scenarios remains insufficiently explored. This study evaluates the accuracy and reliability of four prominent Large Language Models (LLMs)-Microsoft Bing, Claude, ChatGPT 3.

Differential diagnosis in radiology is a critical aspect of clinical decision-making. Radiologists in the early stages may find difficulties in listing the differential diagnosis from image patterns. In this context, the emergence of large language models (LLMs) has introduced new opportunities as these models have the capacity to access and contextualize extensive information from text-based input.

Background: There are several antibiotic resistance genes (ARG) for the bacteria that cause urinary tract infections (UTI), and it is therefore important to identify these ARG. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been used previously in the field of gene expression data, but never adopted for the detection and classification of bacterial ARG. We hypothesize, if the data is correctly conferred, right features are selected, and Deep Learning (DL) classification models are optimized, then (i) non-linear DL models would perform better than Machine Learning (ML) models, (ii) leads to higher accuracy, (iii) can identify the hub genes, and, (iv) can identify gene pathways accurately.
