Sudden anisocoria in a healing pediatric multitrauma patient.

This article describes a teenager who developed anisocoria with no obvious neurologic deficits or decline after a motor vehicle accident. The condition resolved over several hours before reappearing in the opposite eye 2 days later. Again no clinical neurologic deficits were noted and the condition resolved after several hours.
