This research explores the impact of mental health agency culture on consumers' perceptions of agency support for their recovery. This study hypothesized that a constructive organizational culture must be present for consumers to perceive agency support for recovery. A sample of 12 mental health agencies in rural Pennsylvania participated in the research.

The purpose of this intervention study was to measure the impact of an onsite and online 12-week worksite heart-health campaign designed to reduce metabolic risk factors for employees at BMW of North America, LLC. All participants received three coaching sessions by a registered dietitian (RD), participated in eight educational sessions led by an RD, viewed their pre, midpoint and final biometric data online, and had access to other web-based tools and educational booklets. The program used team-based competition.

A membrane bioreactor (MBR) was investigated for denitrification of nitrate (NO3(-)) contaminated drinking water. In the MBR, NO3(-) contaminated water flows through the lumen of tubular microporous membranes and NO3(-) diffuses through the membrane pores. Denitrification takes place on the shell side of the membranes, creating a driving force for mass transfer.
