Thirty and 30 isolates previously characterized by whole-genome sequencing from the CDC-FDA Antibiotic Resistance Isolate Bank were evaluated, including CP isolates (Ambler class A, B, and D), non-carbapenemase-producing (non-CP) carbapenem-resistant isolates, and carbapenem-susceptible isolates.
