Background: The prognosis of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) depends on the type of lymphoma, the extension of the disease and the response to therapy.
Aim: To evaluate the prognostic value of pretreatment and interim PET/CT compared to classic prognosis factors and body composition measurement (sarcopenia, adipopenia) in patients with recently diagnosed NHL.
Material And Methods: Patients with recently diagnosed NHL who had staging 18F-FDG PET/CT performed between December 2008 and August 2018 were selected.
A 68-year-old man with history of treated prostate cancer was referred to 68Ga-prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-11 PET/CT imaging. Moderate bone involvement was observed, with a normal liver tracer uptake. Bone biopsy confirmed metastases of prostate cancer.

Aim: To assess the occurrence of synchronous colonic and extracolonic tumors detected with contrast-enhanced F18-FDG PET/CT (PET/CTc) in patients with a recently diagnosed CRC.
Primary colorectal lymphoma is a rare form of presentation of gastrointestinal tract lymphomas. Inflammatory bowel disease and its treatment are risk factors for its development. We report a 47-year-old male patient with Ulcerative Colitis of two years of evolution, treated initially with azathioprine and later on with infliximab.

Aim: To evaluate the prognostic value of PET/CT in lung cancer.
Material And Methods: Retrospective review of PET/CT records, selecting 51 patients with a lung malignancy, mass or nodule referred for PET/CT between December 2008 and December 2010.
Background: In pulmonary embolism, the computed tomography (CT) images can be used as a prognostic index measuring the embolic load, according to the location and size of thrombus and the right/left ventricular diameter ratio.
Aim: To assess the predictive value of embolic load and right/left ventricular diameter ratio for early and late mortality in acute pulmonary embolism (PTE).
Material And Methods: The pulmonary CT of 418 patients with suspected PTE was reviewed.
Background: Bone mineral density results are expressed as the number of standard deviations from reference values in similar populations. However these reference values have not been obtained locally and there may be discrepancies between Chilean and other Hispanic populations.
Aim: To evaluate the results of DEXA in healthy Chilean women and to correlate them with reference values and anthropometric parameters.
Background: Congenital hypothyroidism is one of the most frequent endocrine diseases of the newborn and requires an early diagnosis to avoid its deleterious effects on neurological and intellectual functions.
Aim: To evaluate thyroid scintigraphy (TS) findings in newborns with congenital hypothyroidism (CH), detected in the national program of newborn screening, which is working in Chile since 1992.
Material And Methods: TS findings of 189 newborns with CH (68% female) were analyzed.
