An Unusual Case Presentation of the May-Thurner Syndrome.

A 56-year-old woman underwent abdominoplasty with no immediate complications. She had no known bleeding history nor any relevant past surgical history. Adequate preventive measures for venous thromboembolism were performed, including sequential compression devices, good hydration, and early ambulation.

Endovascular stent-graft repair of a pulmonary artery-bronchial fistula.

Herein the authors present a case of a 51-year-old man who presented with dramatic angiographically demonstrated massive hemorrhage from a pulmonary artery-to-bronchial stump fistula 3 months after right upper lobectomy. The patient was successfully treated with endovascular placement of a covered stent.
