Background: Immunization clinics present an opportunity for passive screening for malnutrition among young children through plotting of growth charts. Passive screening for malnutrition can enable timely interventions and improve morbidity and mortality of under-five children. Therefore, we aimed to increase the plotting of growth charts (weight-for-age) to 90%, among under-five children attending immunization clinics in an Urban Health Centre (UHC) in south Delhi over three months.

This study determined the anthocyanin and phenolic profile of Syzygium cumini bioactive compounds, including anthocyanins and other flavonoids, alongside diverse phenolic compounds. Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated rapid advancements in therapeutic discovery. This study presents an integrated approach combining machine learning (ML) and network pharmacology to identify potential non-covalent inhibitors against pivotal proteins in COVID-19 pathogenesis, specifically B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL2) and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR).

Method: Employing a dataset of 13,107 compounds, ML algorithms such as k-Nearest Neighbors (kNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Naïve Bayes (NB) were utilized for screening and predicting active inhibitors based on molecular features.

Introduction: We investigated the extent to which demographic characteristics, clinical care aspects, and relevant biomarkers predicted sepsis-related mortality among patients transferred from a rural, low-volume emergency department (ED) to an urban, high-volume, level-2 trauma center.

Methods: We conducted an observational study among adult severe sepsis patients (N = 242) who, within a community-based regional healthcare system, presented to one of the four rural, low-volume EDs and were subsequently transferred to the urban, high-volume, level-2 trauma center, and were identified as septic at either location. We evaluated in-hospital and 30 days after discharge mortality.
