Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma is a rare subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas and represents less than 1% of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Currently, the diagnosis is based on clinical and histological findings although clinical features may be nonspecific. Often, it is localised to subcutaneous tissue without lymph node involvement.

Introduction: The identification of population-level healthcare needs using hospital electronic medical records (EMRs) is a promising approach for the evaluation and development of tailored healthcare services. Population segmentation based on healthcare needs may be possible using information on health and social service needs from EMRs. However, it is currently unknown if EMRs from restructured hospitals in Singapore provide information of sufficient quality for this purpose.

We report a rare case of advanced metastatic renal cell carcinoma which initially presented to the clinic with back and forehead lumps. Ultrasound imaging of the lumps and later of the abdomen picked up a right renal tumour which led to further computed tomography and bone scans. The bone scan confirmed that the forehead lump was a calvarial metastasis and such a presentation for metastatic RCC is very rare which bears a significantly poorer prognosis.
