MORPHOLOGICAL AND IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL SIGNS OF PLACENTAL DISORDERS OF WOMEN AFTER SYPHILITIC INFECTION.

Objective: The aim: To define morphological and immunohistochemical signs of placental disorders of women after syphilitic infection.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The prospective study of 60 pregnant women with history of syphilitic infection (main group) and 57 pregnant patients without syphilis (control group) was conducted. The morphological and immunohistochemical study of the afterbirth was performed.

Peculiar features of aortic wall structure among children with coarctation.

Objective: The aim of the study to evaluate the peculiarities of the aortic wall structure at the place of coarctation.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Studying of the aortic sections removed during operative correction at the place of constriction. 10 children at the age between 1 to 6 months were undergone the operation.

Influence of the transferred syphilitic infection on the course of pregnancy, childbirth and the state of newborns.

Objective: Introduction: The article presents information about the peculiarities of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in women with a syphilitic infection in the anamnesis. The peculiarities of the state of newborn babies born from mothers who have suffered syphilis are described. To date, the incidence of syphilis in Ukraine has a clear tendency to decline, but still remains quite high.
