Causal brain network analysis of driving fatigue based on generalized orthogonalized partially directed coherence.

Driving fatigue is a serious threat to driving safety. Therefore, it is of great significance to accurately detect driving fatigue. In this study, the generalized orthogonal partial directed coherence (gOPDC) algorithm, which measures the time-frequency domain interaction of electroencephalogram (EEG) signals, was used to accurately estimate the connectivity between cortical channels.

Real-time EEG-based detection of driving fatigue using a novel semi-dry electrode with self-replenishment of conductive fluid.

A novel semi-dry electrode that can realize self-replenishment of conductive liquid is proposed in this study. Driving fatigue is detected by extracting the refined composite multiscale fluctuation dispersion entropy (RCMFDE) features in electroencephalogram (EEG) signals collected by this electrode. The results show that the new semi-dry electrode can automatically complete the conductive fluid supplement according to its own humidity conditions, which not only notably improves the effective working time, but also significantly reduces the skin impedance.

Study on the effect of human sympathetic nerve cold stimulation to relieve driving fatigue based on order recurrence plot.

Driving fatigue is very likely to cause traffic accidents, seriously threatening the lives and properties of drivers. Therefore, accurate detection and effective mitigation of driving fatigue are crucial for ensuring the personal safety of drivers. This study aimed to evaluate the expression levels of crucial components of the Hedgehog signaling pathway, the correlation between the signal transducer Smo, and clinicopathologic features (lymph node metastasis and metastasis stage) in invasive breast carcinoma. Besides, the inverse correlation was considered between expression levels of Smo and Claudin-1.
