Pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM), a rare, progressive disease predominantly affecting the lungs of women of reproductive age, is often associated with renal angiomyolipoma (AML). We report the case of a 29-year-old female patient who presented to our obstetrics department at 37 weeks' gestation, complaining of abdominal pain, and constipation. Ultrasound noted a viable singleton with a large left-sided abdominal mass.

The respondents were generally positive with regard to their experiences with the Court.

This article aims to evaluate the degree to which the Court for Sexual Offences in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa and associated auxiliary institutions meet the needs of the families of the victims of sex-crimes. The perceptions of 24 family members of victims were obtained. These individuals generally perceived the functioning of the Court and its auxiliary institutions in a positive light.
