Purpose: To compare the diagnostic efficacy of the Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS) MRI score with that of the modified O-RADS score on the basis of a simplified contrast-enhanced (CE) MRI protocol in characterizing adnexal masses with solid tissue.
