Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of preoperative positron emission tomography/computed tomography with Ga-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen (Ga-PSMA PET/CT) for staging prostate cancer and compare it with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using histopathology of surgical specimens as the gold standard.
Materials And Methods: In this retrospective study, 65 patients with prostate cancer were analyzed.
Results: The accuracy of Ga-PSMA PET/CT for tumor detection was 95%, and that of MRI was 91%.

Methods: In this multicenter study approved by the Institutional Review Board, medical students from multiple universities in Brazil filled out an online questionnaire regarding their perception about diagnostic radiology training during medical school, including knowledge and use of the American College of Radiology Appropriateness Criteria and their confidence level in interpreting common radiological findings. Medical students from different regions of Brazil were sent invitations to participate in the anonymous survey through radiology group emails initiated by radiology professors and a group of ambassadors representing different institutions.
Objectives: To evaluate MRI with gadoxetic acid to quantify liver function in cirrhotic patients using the relative enhancement index (REI) compared with Child-Pugh score (CPS), MELD score, and indocyanine green plasma disappearance rate (ICG-PDR) and to establish cutoffs for REI to stratify cirrhotic patients into good and poor liver function groups.
Methods: We prospectively evaluated 60 cirrhotic patients and calculated CPS, MELD score, ICG-PDR, and REI for each patient. Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to assess correlation between REI, CPS, MELD, and ICG-PDR.
There are few existing methods for shortening the decellularization period for a human-sized whole-liver scaffold. Here, we describe a protocol that enables effective decellularization of the liver obtained from pigs weigh 120 ± 4.2 kg within 72 h.

Objective: To evaluate liver lesions, in accordance with the LI-RADS classification, using contrast-enhanced multiphase dynamic computed tomography in patients with hepatitis B, coinfected or not with hepatitis D, or with chronic hepatitis C, as well as to determine the level of agreement between radiologists.
Materials And Methods: We evaluated 38 patients with hepatitis B, coinfected or not with hepatitis D, or with chronic hepatitis C, all of whom underwent contrast-enhanced multiphase dynamic computed tomography. For each examination, two radiologists selected up to three hepatic lesions, categorizing them in accordance with the LI-RADS classification and evaluating signs of chronic liver disease and portal hypertension.
The aim of this pictorial essay is to review the spectrum of fat-containing liver lesions and their characterisation on magnetic resonance imaging with focus on the radiological features that aid in the differential diagnoses. Fat-containing liver lesions comprise a heterogeneous group of tumours with variable imaging findings. Magnetic resonance imaging clearly displays the micro- and macroscopic fat components of the lesions and other characteristic features that are helpful tools to make the differential diagnosis.
