Purpose: To evaluate survival rates of adhesive post-endodontic buildups made using composite resin and prefabricated quartz fiber posts.

Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included all buildups placed between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2012, by a single skilled operator using a single-adhesive system and dual-curing cement. Final restorations included direct composites, various types of crowns, and fixed partial dentures.
