Unlabelled: The widespread use of TNFalpha antagonists in recent years has led to the recognition of paradoxical adverse effects, defined as the onset or exacerbation of disorders that are usually improved by TNFalpha antagonists. Cutaneous psoriasis is an example, of which several cases have been reported.

Objective: To identify cases of psoriasis onset or exacerbation during TNFalpha antagonist therapy and to look for potential predictive factors.

Objective: To evaluate practices regarding the management of osteoporosis revealed by low-impact peripheral fractures in women older than 50 years of age.

Methods: Six orthopedic surgeons prospectively recruited patients presenting with their first low-impact peripheral fracture. Three months after the fracture, each patient's usual primary-care physician provided information on management.

Objective: To assess the course of sciatica with discogenic paresis and to determine possible prognostic factors for recovery or improvement.

Study Design: This open prospective multicenter study included patients with discogenic sciatica with paresis that had been developing for less than 1 month and was rated < or =3 on a 5-grade scale.
