Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a Gram-negative bacterium known to induce severe infections, is seldomly reported in scientific literature as a contributor of osteomyelitis. In this case report, a 71-year-old woman exhibited recurring infections and enduring forearm pain. A subsequent MRI revealed osteomyelitis in the distal ulna, linked to an arterial blood gas sample taken months earlier.
