Case: A 64-year-old woman with a history of World Health Organization Grade II (Ki-67 20%) atypical meningioma presented with T12 vertebral body burst fracture as a complication of metastatic meningioma (SSTR2+). Following disease progression, decompression surgery and stabilization through T10-L2 posterior thoracolumbar instrumented fusion was performed.
Conclusion: This is one of few documented cases of spinal metastatic meningioma causing pathological fracture and the first to detail surgical management and longitudinal follow-up.

Methods: Patients undergoing open lumbar spinal fusion at a single-center institution were identified between November 2019 and September 2022. Preoperative resilience was assessed using the Brief Resilience Scale.
Case: A 62-year-old woman presenting with ankle pain was initially treated for a non-displaced fracture. Persistent pain despite months of conservative management for her presumed injury prompted repeat radiographs which demonstrated the progression of a lytic lesion and led to an orthopedic oncology referral. Following a complete work-up, including biopsy and staging, she was diagnosed with colorectal carcinoma metastatic to the distal fibula.

Dural tears with CSF leak can lead to catastrophic neurologic outcomes and should be recognized early.
Case Description: This case report describes a 43-year-old female patient with history of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome who presented 1-year post-ACDF with positional headaches and lightheadedness.
Background: High-grade isthmic spondylolisthesis poses a clinical challenge in the pediatric and adolescent population. Current surgical management using posterior-based approaches may lead to incomplete reduction and restoration of listhesis, disc height, and lordosis. Combined anterior and posterior approach addresses these issues but has been infrequently reported, mainly in the treatment of low-grade isthmic spondylolisthesis.
