Background: Increasing numbers of patients with cannabis use disorder are presenting to emergency departments with a poorly understood syndrome characterized by intractable nausea and vomiting.

Methods: This is a prospective, observational study involving a convenience sample of patients with unexplained nausea and vomiting.
