A novel and feasible solution to generate plane spiral orbital angular momentum (PSOAM) vortex beam is proposed in this paper. The general principle of generating PSOAM in circular antenna array (CAA) is deduced, and verified by the simulation of the dipole CAA. Four double-slot Vivaldi antenna elements connect sequentially and are inserted into a CAA, which makes the proposed antenna easily fabricated and fully miniaturized.

Methods: Y79 cells were cultured at different drug concentrations for different periods of time (24, 48, and 72h). The inhibitory effect of SA on proliferation of Y79 cells was detected by the cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, and the morphology of Y79 cells in each group was observed under an inverted microscope.
Forkhead boxO (FOXO) transcription factors regulate diverse biological processes, including cellular metabolism, cell apoptosis, and the cell cycle. Results from several studies indicate FOXO1 regulates different granulosa cell (GC) pathways involved in proliferation, survival and differentiation. Functions and mechanisms of FOXO1 regulation of sheep GCs remain unclear.

However, the excited state characteristics of Y6, which is closely correlated with its opto-electronic applications, are not clear yet. In this work, we studied the excited state properties of the Y6 solution and Y6 film, by using steady-state and time-resolved spectroscopies as well as time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations.

Public information created awareness as well as concern in the general population. There has been a reported decrease in the number of patients attending emergency departments (ED) during the pandemic.

In this work, a sensitive, simple and reliable fluorescence assay was developed by taking the advantages of DNAzyme assisted cascade signal amplification and ultra-high fluorescence quenching efficiency of reduced graphene oxide (rGO). This detection system consisted of DNAzyme, rGO and fluorescence probe allows the activity of Fpg to be detected in a linear range from 0 to 80 U/mL with a detection limit of 0.

Developing mRNA or long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)-based risk assessment tools may improve the prognosis in patients with ccRCC. RNA-sequencing and prognostic data from patients with ccRCC were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas and the European Bioinformatics Institute Array database at the .

Fatigue driving has attracted a great deal of attention for its huge influence on automobile accidents. Recognizing driving fatigue provides a primary but significant way for addressing this problem. In this paper, we first conduct the simulated driving experiments to acquire the EEG signals in alert and fatigue states.

The special shell structure effectively alleviated the volume variation and subsequently enhanced the diffusivity of ions in the cycling process for cyclic stability. The inner spaces among the stacked nanoparticles are conducive to electrolyte infiltration and the transfer of ion/electrons with low concentration polarization.

In this work, a novel nanofibrillated cellulose/aramid fibrid (NFC/AF) composite was fabricated by vacuum-assisted filtration process. In order to improve the dielectric property of the composites, carboxylated nano-SiO was chemically coated onto aramid fibrid via molecular self-assembly with the aid of phosphoric acid (PA) pretreatment and subsequent polyethyleneimine (PEI) functionalization.

The pure phase CoMn₂O₄ samples are successfully prepared by solvothermal method combined with calcination at different temperatures (600, 700 and 800 °C). The structure and morphology for CoMn₂O₄ samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The electrochemical properties for different samples were tested by battery testing system and electrochemical workstation.

Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the effects of artificial light on the circadian rhythm. In this work, the red, green, blue, warm white, and cool white (RGBWW) five-channel light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were fabricated as the only light sources in the closed environment.

The high morbidity and mortality make sepsis still a major clinical problem. Here, we investigated the roles of Brefeldin A-inhibited guanine nucleotide-exchange factor 1 (BIG1) in the pathogenesis process of sepsis and the underlying mechanisms.

Traditionally, the replicative lifespan (RLS) is measured by manually dissecting mother cells from daughter cells, which is a very tedious process. Since 2012, several microfluidic systems have been developed to automate the dissection process, significantly accelerating RLS determination.

We applied keyword frequency analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, principal component analysis, multidimensional scaling analysis, and visualization technology to compare the high-frequency Medical Subject Heading (MeSH) terms in six countries during the periods 1957-2008 and 2009-2016. After 2009, the number of MeSH terms reflecting information exchange and information mining increased, and various types of evaluations based on EHRs and cohort studies significantly increased.

Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors have attracted considerable attention for the development of ultra-thin body transistors. However, the polarity control of 2D transistors and the achievement of complementary logic functions remain critical challenges. Here, we report a doping-free strategy to modulate the polarity of WSe transistors using same contact metal but different integration methods.
