A Case Report of Proximal Palm Giant Lipoma Leading to Double Nerve Compression, with a Brief Literature Review.

Lipomas are frequently found as benign neoplasms in humans, mainly in the head, neck, and upper limb regions. Because of their rare occurrence in hands and digits, such cases attract researchers' attention. A case description of a 28-year-old Saudi male patient is presented with a large-size lipoma at the distal forearm, carpal tunnel, and Guyon canal area, with numbness of the central three digits and grip strength weakness of his left hand.

Impact of mobile-based health education on the awareness of glaucoma in Saudi patients: Quasi-experimental study.

Purpose: To investigate the impact of smart mobile phones utilization and applying Bandura's social learning theory in educating and raising awareness to glaucoma treatment compliance in primary chronic glaucoma Saudi patients, as well as examining the social learning process and determining the type of educational material (video, electronic document "brochure") with the highest efficacy in social learning as assessed by the change in Saudi patients' awareness. Finally to assess the variations contributing to chronic glaucoma patients' social learning.

Methods: A total of 150 Saudi patients with primary chronic glaucoma were recruited in our study.

Influence of social media on parents' attitudes towards vaccine administration.

Vaccination has had tremendous impact on human health. The tendency to hesitate or delay vaccination has been increasing, which has contributed to outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases. This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the prevalence of childhood vaccine hesitancy and social media misconceptions in vaccine refusal among randomly selected parents from October 2019 through March 2020 in the outpatient clinics of King Khalid University Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
