Investigation of cost and availability of gluten-free food in Jeddah, KSA.

Objective: The prevalence of celiac disease (CD) in KSA is progressively increasing. Consistent adherence to a gluten-free (GF) diet is the only effective CD treatment. The availability and cost of GF food are important factors in adherence to a GFD.
